Exchange and Refund Policy
- Exchange
If the product arrives defective, we will pay for the return postage and all the costs of sending the correct product back to you. In this case, please contact us explaining what happened and sending us detailed photos of the product, shipping labels and product labels (the more details, the better), so that we can analyze what happened.
2. Exchanges can be made in other circumstances, such as size or model dislike.
A) Under no circumstances remove the label from the sneaker, as we do not exchange shoes after the label has been broken. It is your guarantee.
B) Exchanges will only be allowed within 7 days of receiving the product, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code.
Return / Refund
If you have received the product and want to return it: You can return it within 7 days of receipt, where all costs, including shipping, are borne by the customer. The refund will be made via the payment platform, or by transfer, whichever is most appropriate for each situation.
- The product must be returned in the same packaging as it was received (cardboard box, protective plastic) or some other packaging that DOES NOT DAMAGE OR SCRATCH THE ORIGINAL PRODUCT BOX.
Note
A) Products can only be returned if they have a factory defect.
B) Under no circumstances remove the label from the product, as we do not refund after the label has been broken.
C) Fees paid in installments are not refunded by the payment provider.
D) Returns will only be allowed within 7 days of receipt of the product, in accordance with article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code.
